Getting Started
Supported Devices
Oareo requires a LiDAR-enabled device running iOS 26.0 or later.
• iPhone 12 Pro, 13 Pro, 14 Pro, 15 Pro, 16 Pro
• iPad Pro (2020 or later)
Your First Scan
Open Oareo and tap the specialized Create tab. Move slowly in a circular motion to map your surroundings. Walls and furniture will appear in real-time.
Structures (Multi-Room)
Structures allow you to organize multiple room scans into a single project entity.
- Create a structure to group related rooms (e.g., "Downstairs", "Office Building").
- Add rooms to an existing structure at any time.
Export Formats
Oareo supports the following formats:
- USDZ: Apple AR (with textures)
- OBJ: Universal Geometry (MTL included)
- STL: Binary format for 3D printing
- PLY: Colored Point Cloud
- XYZ: Raw Position Data
Video Export
You can also export a high-quality 360° cinematic orbit video (H.264) directly to your Photos app or Share Sheet.
Pro Floorplans
Generates professional blueprint-style plans with:
- • Automatic dimension lines (Metric/Imperial)
- • Detailed appliance icons (Stoves, Sinks, Toilets)
- • Total area calculations
- • PDF and High-res PNG export
